Snapshot Occasions does not refund or exchange any of your orders once you have confirmed the proof copy that will be emailed to you. We at Snapshot Occasions make the effort to produce an order your happy with. If you have a grievance regarding the postage, handling or product purchase from Snapshot Occasions please state your complaint by email. If you visit the Snapshot Occasions store you do so with agreence to accept these conditions. Please read carefully.

Snapshot Occasions does have the right to send you emails on special offers, new product and site update.

VIEWING YOUR PROOF COPY
Once your order has been placed and confirmed, the designing of you layout will start. Through out the designing process you will be emailed a proof copy until your happy with it.

REPRINTS
We are more then happy to reprint your order if more copies are needed if a printing error happens by us, we will also reprint free of charge.

DELIVERY AND COSTS
Snapshot Occasions use Australia post to send your orders to you. Postage and handling costs will vary according to your order. We hold NO responsibility for damage or lost orders that have been posted. Snapshot Occasions take great care in packing your order and posting it to you so it arrives to you in perfect condition.
All orders placed will be processed as promptly as possible. Once your payment has cleared orders will be sent within 1 - 3 days via your chosen Australia Post postal method. (Parcel Post or Express Post). Postage times may vary from 1 - 7 days depending on where in Australia and the postage method you use.
